Steve Dellinger did several projects for us this spring including a new concrete driveway and some pavement replacement. The quality and service rendered was excellent and very professional. His estimate was in line with others we received. We would definitely recommend him to others and have already done so. He has completed projects before over the past 20 years and we have always been completely satisfied. Steve and his employees cleaned the area and protected our plants and property. We do have another project pending in the fall and Steve Dellinger will be doing it!

Steve Dellinger replaced a blacktop driveway that had poor drainage with a new concrete driveway that included a polydrain system. They also replaced some concrete sidewalk, installed a new concrete patio, a front porch overlay and ran some new underground drain lines. We found the quality of service excellent. Steve was always on the job and was very easy to get a hold of. He always returned our calls in a timely fashion. Steve and his employees were hard workers and friendly. We had other proposals, but with Steve's everything was spelled out and covered. It was easy to understand. You knew what you were getting for the price proposed and no surprises of extra costs later. We are very satisfied with the project and would recommend Steve to others.

After speaking with several landscape and concrete contractors, we contacted SLD for additional ideas about our property. The front and side of our dwelling needed freshening with new sidewalks and tasteful grooming. Steve visited our property in a timely fashion and, after carefully listening to our goals, presented his thoughts of what would best meet our needs. He promised to provide written detail and specifications for our review, and did so within the time promised. The onsite work was scheduled to suit both our schedule and his. Work started as promised and proceeded on schedule. We quickly found that Steve and his staff were real craftsmen concerned about doing good work and delivering value. As work progressed, they invited our input and opinions and dealt with minor changes in positive fashion. The completed project clearly met our expectations. At no time did we feel that SLD "went cheap" on either work quality or the material used on the project. The additional cost for needed change orders was very acceptable. Accordingly, we would rate the quality of workmanship as very good and would recommend SLD without hesitation.
